- • The Sr. Project Manager is a key member of Alira Health’s Clinical team, responsible for ensuring the efficient implementation of clinical study protocols in alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and regulatory standards such as ICH GCP and FDA regulations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing clinical research studies, serving as the primary contact for sponsors, overseeing study functions like investigational supply, data management, and pharmacovigilance, generating status reports, supervising Clinical staff including Associates and CRAs, and mentoring Associate CPMs.
- • The role involves creating and reviewing clinical documents such as protocols, ICF templates, budgets, and site manuals, driving team collaboration to meet trial milestones, ensuring accuracy of deliverables, managing subject accrual and compliance, and supporting TMF management and audit preparation.
- • The position operates within a global, collaborative culture that values courage, accountability, honesty, inclusivity, and elevating others, where remote work is enabled and innovation is encouraged across time zones.
- • The Sr. Project Manager will develop leadership and regulatory expertise, gain end-to-end oversight of clinical trials, and contribute to high-impact studies while advancing skills in cross-functional coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA in life sciences or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- • 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- • At least 5 years of clinical project management experience
- • Proven ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and effective in fast-paced environments
- • Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional team skills
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
