• • As a Senior Project Manager at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects within the Customer Communications Onboarding PMO. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to bridge the gap between client requirements and Broadridge's Product, Technology, and Implementation teams, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional outcomes.
• • You will be responsible for overseeing projects for top-tier clients, providing critical insights and direction to internal teams to guarantee project completion. This involves meticulous monitoring, proactive problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail to navigate the intricacies of large-scale technology implementations.
• • A core aspect of your role will be the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans. You will adeptly resolve project and resource conflicts, facilitate collaborative solutions across diverse departmental boundaries, and meticulously track the progress of multiple concurrent projects, instilling a strong sense of urgency and commitment throughout the project lifecycle.
• • You will foster close, seamless working relationships with a variety of teams, including Product, Technology, Implementations, Business, and Senior Management. • • Working within the Broadridge Customer Communications Onboarding PMO, you will guide projects through their entire lifecycle. This includes ensuring strict adherence to established processes and the consistent utilization of Broadridge templates and tools, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency for all client projects.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will be to interface directly with clients and Broadridge resources. You will manage client expectations by effectively facilitating communication, tracking progress, and reporting status updates with transparency and professionalism.
• • You will proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure the timely execution and completion of deliverables, not only by clients and vendors but also by internal resources. This requires a proactive approach to anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
• • Risk assessment and management will be a critical function. You will evaluate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction, and adeptly manage the impact of any changes to project scope, ensuring that projects remain on track and within defined parameters.
