- • Astreya Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical ServiceNow implementation program. This role is pivotal in driving the successful deployment and ongoing management of ServiceNow solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- • As the Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation. This encompasses meticulous planning, detailed design, seamless deployment, and robust stabilization phases. Your leadership will ensure that the project progresses efficiently and effectively, meeting all defined milestones and objectives.
- • A key aspect of this role involves deep collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will engage with teams across IT, operations, and various business units to thoroughly understand their needs, define clear project requirements, establish precise scope, and set measurable success criteria. This collaborative approach ensures that the ServiceNow solution will deliver maximum value and address the unique challenges of each department.
- • You will also be instrumental in managing crucial vendor relationships. This includes fostering strong partnerships with ServiceNow itself, as well as with external system integrators and implementation partners. Your ability to effectively manage these external entities will be vital for the project's success, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation is a core responsibility. This includes creating and managing detailed project plans, realistic timelines, and accurate budgets.
