Full Job Description

📋 Description

• Lead the development of our React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality
• Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack, frontend and backend
• Build and refine offline-first capabilities to support field operations in low-connectivity environments
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability
• Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to ship high-impact features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• 2+ years of recent experience with React Native
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Hands-on experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, and/or modern UI component libraries
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, preferably Drizzle ORM
