- • The Sr. Reinstatement Specialist role at Globe Life Insurance (operating under American Income Life) is a remote position focused on data entry, mail processing, and administrative support to ensure accurate and timely handling of policy reinstatements and related documentation. This role matters because it directly supports operational efficiency and customer service by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth communication channels.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include entering, updating, researching, verifying, and retrieving data across multiple systems; operating postage, FedEx, and UPS machines; sorting first-class and presort mail; applying correct postage; fulfilling department orders; managing mailbox labels and address changes; picking up and dropping off mail at the Post Office and AIMS; delivering bank deposits; conducting inter-office mail pickups and deliveries; and performing other assigned administrative duties.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school education or equivalent
- • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- • Excellent alpha and numeric recognition skills
- • Knowledge of postage metering machines
- • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- • Valid driver’s license
- • Ability to operate standard office equipment and required software packages
