📋 Description
- • The Sr. Revenue Productivity Associate will play a critical role in supporting Rula Health’s Commercial Sales & Success team by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of revenue data across Salesforce and integrated tools like Outreach, Definitive Healthcare, and Gong.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining data quality in Salesforce, translating business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements, providing training and support to Salesforce users, and developing reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- • Rula Health is a remote-first mental healthcare company dedicated to reducing stigma and providing evidence-based, compassionate care that treats the whole person, with hiring available in most U.S. states except Hawaii.
- • In this role, the individual will directly influence business decisions through reliable data insights, gain deep expertise in revenue operations systems, and contribute to team performance in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on mental healthcare innovation.
