You will be working closely with the Global Corporate Controller and other senior finance leaders, contributing to the strategic financial operations of the company.
• • Your primary responsibilities will include the comprehensive review and analysis of customer contracts to identify and document revenue recognition implications. This involves a deep dive into contract terms, including performance obligations, variable consideration, contract modifications, and the determination of the transaction price. You will be responsible for the proper application of ASC 606, ensuring that revenue is recognized in accordance with the five-step model and that all relevant disclosures are made accurately and timely.
• • You will play a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes, specifically focusing on revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis. This includes preparing detailed schedules and supporting documentation for revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends, variances, and potential issues, and you will be expected to provide insightful commentary and recommendations to management.
• • Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role. You will work cross-functionally with sales, legal, professional services, and product teams to ensure a thorough understanding of new offerings, contract structures, and business initiatives.
