- • Advise high-growth companies on optimizing their revenue operations technology stack and processes to create a frictionless, human buying experience.
- • Guide clients through evaluating options, identifying trade-offs, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- • Document detailed requirements and workstream plans for RevOps initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment across client and internal teams.
- • Rapidly prototype, test, build, deliver, and measure the success of RevOps solutions using sales and marketing technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Marketo.
- • Track project progress and maintain consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely delivery.
- • Configure and customize Salesforce to align with client business processes, including flows, integrations, triggers, and automation workflows.
- • Leverage deep expertise in RevOps systems to solve complex problems, even in areas outside your primary specialization, by quickly learning and applying new capabilities.
- • Contribute to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base by documenting best practices, sharing learnings, leading trainings, and collaborating with team members.
- • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership through proactive communication and high-quality deliverables.
- • Stay current with evolving RevOps tools, trends, and industry standards to provide forward-thinking advice and maintain Go Nimbly’s thought leadership position.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and team development activities to foster a culture of continuous learning and collective growth.
- • Support the delivery team in scaling RevOps capabilities across multiple clients by adapting proven methodologies to diverse business contexts.
- • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all documentation, configurations, presentations, and client interactions.
- • Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to executive and technical stakeholders, building strong relationships through effective communication.
- • Engage in annual company offsite events to strengthen team cohesion, celebrate achievements, and align on strategic goals for the coming year.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a consultant or in a revenue operations role
- • Deep technical expertise and SME-level knowledge in at least one RevOps system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
- • Certifications in relevant RevOps tools (e.g., SFDC flows, integrations, triggers; MKTO lead management, engagement programs)
- • Proven project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client workstreams
- • Strong presentation and client relationship-building abilities
- • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including automation, integrations, and workflow design
