đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior RevOps Program Manager at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, owning the operational rhythm of the go-to-market engine to ensure cross-functional initiatives ship on time and leadership stays informed.
- • You will own and drive the RevOps program portfolio end-to-end—including GTM launches, system rollouts, process changes, and enablement initiatives—from scoping through delivery, while building and maintaining cross-functional operating cadences via stakeholder syncs, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation paths.
- • Engine is transforming business travel into a personalized, rewarding, and simple experience through an integrated platform combining corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management, trusted by over 20,000 companies and 1 million travelers annually, backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira.
- • You will develop sharp program management instincts, deepen your expertise in GTM operations and RevOps, and gain visibility into strategic decision-making across Sales, Finance, Product, and Enablement—positioning you to drive measurable impact and grow into broader operational leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in program management, RevOps, sales operations, or GTM operations
- • Proven ability to run multi-workstream programs across technical and non-technical stakeholders without positional authority
- • Strong organizational instincts—you build trackers, timelines, and accountability structures that people actually use
- • Comfortable in Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and SQL is a plus
- • Sharp communicator—you write clear briefs, run efficient meetings, and know when to escalate vs. absorb
- • Bias toward action and ownership—you don’t wait for perfect information to move things forward
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent operational experience works too
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity (base pay range: $123,000–$145,000 USD)
- • Access to full benefits package via engine.com/culture (includes health, wellness, and other perks)
- • Hybrid-hub work model: flexibility to work remotely or from Engine’s offices with tools and environments tailored for success
- • Recognition as part of a fast-growing, award-winning company (Deloitte Fast 500, Built In’s Best Places to Work)
- • Mission-driven work transforming business travel through technology that delights customers at every step
