• • Sr. Ruby on Rails Engineer role focused on building and maintaining backend systems for PAR Technology Corporation’s Open Commerce platform, which powers restaurant technology solutions for over 100,000 restaurants globally.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing new features, improving and debugging cross-cutting functionality, expanding APIs, writing or updating customer-facing API documentation, collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance, and supporting production issue resolution.
• • The role is part of a collaborative engineering team that prioritizes code quality, automated testing, and thoughtful system design as core standards, working within service-based architectures and well-factored Rails monoliths.
