- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from conducting in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to designing and architecting solutions tailored to specific client needs. You will engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders, building trust and credibility through your deep understanding of AI, conversational intelligence, and enterprise software. This role requires a strategic thinker who can articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the unique advantages of Uniphore's AI-native platform.
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and overcome technical objections.
