  • • The Sr. Sales Operations Representative at CDW Corporation plays a critical role in maximizing the productivity of account managers by providing direct operational support, ensuring seamless order processing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of CDW’s sales operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue generation through accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing operational assistance to account managers and field sales teams with quote creation and order processing; ensuring compliance with government, customer, and seller requirements (including DPAS ratings, due dates, and contract terms); collaborating with Services and Project Management teams on large projects; coordinating order management for customer rollouts; delivering consistent status updates on orders, quotes, and requests to internal stakeholders; proactively engaging customers for order status, quotes, and exception handling; assisting with basic CDW and Partner badged service requests via Agiloft and Synapse (Changepoint); preparing and distributing product configurations and quotes using online tools and CDW resources; processing orders promptly via SPS (Sales Productivity Suite) and AS400 systems; managing web order processing through the Sales Order Router; handling bid entry, amendments, and wins in the Bid Router; verifying correct purchasing contracts and terms during order entry; maintaining daily operations of sales order routers and manager screens; ensuring all tasks are completed from initiation to closure; facilitating and following up on Customer Relations/ServiceNow requests to enable frictionless order flows; maintaining operational assistance to release orders on hold; training and mentoring new and existing coworkers; leveraging appropriate contract vehicles and pricing schedules; maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant products, contracts, and business segment requirements; pursuing internal and external training to enhance product and sales skills; completing Partner Product accreditation; building trusted customer relationships to serve as a backup for Account Managers; proactively sharing pertinent information with clients and account managers; fostering strong internal cross-departmental relationships; and demonstrating a high sense of urgency to exceed expectations and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
