- • As a Sr. SAP Finance Expert at Coderio LLC, you will be the cornerstone of our SAP S/4 HANA Finance transformation initiatives. This strategic, high-visibility role places you at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions to drive significant business value across our global operations. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, guiding best practices and ensuring seamless integration of SAP functionalities with our diverse finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Tax, and Treasury.
- • Your core responsibility will be to lead and advise on the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, working in close collaboration with both internal finance and IT teams, as well as external consultants. This involves translating complex business requirements into effective SAP configurations, ensuring that the system not only meets current needs but is also scalable and future-proof. You will be instrumental in defining the roadmap for our SAP Finance landscape, ensuring alignment with Coderio's overall digital strategy and product-oriented mindset.
- • A key aspect of this role is to act as the go-to expert for all SAP S/4 HANA related inquiries and challenges. You will provide in-depth functional expertise, particularly within the FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), TR (Treasury), and MM (Materials Management) modules. This deep understanding will enable you to troubleshoot issues effectively, provide timely resolutions, and ensure the continuous smooth operation of our financial systems.
- • You will play a pivotal role in identifying and driving opportunities for process streamlining and automation within our finance departments. By leveraging the advanced capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA, you will help transform manual processes into efficient, automated workflows, thereby enhancing accuracy, reducing operational costs, and freeing up valuable resources for more strategic financial activities.
- • Collaboration is central to this position. You will work closely with finance teams across various functions (AP, AR, GL, Tax, Treasury) to embed SAP best practices into their daily operations. This includes providing training, guidance, and support to ensure maximum adoption and utilization of the SAP system, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- • Furthermore, you will be a key player in change management efforts. As Coderio evolves and potentially transitions from legacy systems, you will assist finance teams in navigating these changes, ensuring a smooth and positive transition to SAP S/4 HANA. This involves clear communication, proactive support, and demonstrating the tangible benefits of the new system.
- • Documentation is crucial for knowledge transfer and system maintenance. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for SAP workflows, processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. This ensures that knowledge is retained within the organization and that support can be provided efficiently.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is essential in the dynamic world of SAP. You will continuously monitor new SAP enhancements, updates, and industry trends. Based on this knowledge, you will proactively propose system improvements and new functionalities that can further enhance Coderio's financial operations and deliver greater business value. Your insights will directly contribute to Coderio's reputation for technical excellence and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementation and support, with a proven track record.
- • Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules including FI, CO, TR, and MM.
- • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
