📋 Description

• • As a Sr Scrum Master in Managed Services at CDW Corporation, you will play a critical role in enabling agile delivery across technology projects, ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions on time while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. This role is essential to CDW’s mission of helping customers navigate complex IT environments and maximize their technology investments through disciplined, agile execution.
• • Day to day, you will manage project scope and timelines, coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, coach team members in Agile and SAFe frameworks, facilitate internal and external communication, partner with product owners on backlog grooming and prioritization, resolve team conflicts, remove impediments, and balance agile delivery with ongoing operational support to ensure sprint goals are met with quality.
