  • • As a Sr. Security Practitioner (Product Engineering) at Crogl Inc., you will serve as an Applied Security Researcher on the product AI team, directly contributing to the development of a fully autonomous AI team member for SOCs, helping to revolutionize how sophisticated security teams detect, respond to, and mitigate advanced threats through practical AI integration.
  • • Day to day, you will work in a hybrid research and development role, building real-world use cases to test AI model effectiveness, generating threat data, executing attacks, emulating APT actors, writing Python and shell scripts, creating automated tests, influencing AI engineering priorities with data-driven insights, and evaluating Crogl’s AI capabilities for security operations utility.
  • • You will join a mission-driven team at Crogl, a company dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity capabilities by multiplying the capacity of human SOC operators through customer-managed AI solutions, serving the most sophisticated security teams globally with a focus on practical, deployable innovation.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applied security research, AI/ML integration in enterprise security, threat emulation, and automation at scale, while gaining influence over product direction and contributing to cutting-edge advancements in AI-augmented security operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in security operations, threat research, and content development
  • • Expertise in cloud platforms and cybersecurity tools
  • • Development skills in Python, shell scripting, and databases/lakes
  • • Demonstrable experience in AI/ML technologies and AI-driven development practices
  • • Demonstrable experience in enterprise software development lifecycle
  • • Ability to communicate security operations practices to non-security domain engineers
