- • Communicate directly with clients to schedule photo and video shoots, coordinate content timelines, and align deliverables with project deadlines and brand objectives.
- • Plan, organize, and execute publishing workflows using social media scheduling platforms to maintain consistent and timely content distribution across client accounts.
- • Stay current with U.S.-based social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and viral content formats to inform content strategy and drive audience engagement.
- • Develop creative content ideas and tailored concepts that reflect client brand voices and resonate with target U.S. audiences.
- • Create detailed shot lists and content briefs for videographers to guide production and ensure alignment with campaign goals and platform-specific requirements.
- • Collaborate closely with video editors to review, refine, and optimize content for posting, ensuring edits meet client guidelines and platform best practices.
- • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to generate captions, assist with copywriting, automate workflows, and enhance content creation efficiency.
- • Manage content calendars and publishing queues across platforms, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to client-approved timelines.
- • Coordinate with internal creative teams—including videographers, editors, and strategists—to ensure seamless production and delivery of social-first campaigns.
- • Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on engagement metrics and platform trends, while maintaining client expectations and brand integrity.
- • Ensure all posted content reflects current social media best practices, including optimal posting times, formatting, and platform-specific optimizations.
- • Maintain organized documentation of client communications, shoot schedules, content approvals, and revisions to support accountability and smooth operations.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to innovate content formats, improve engagement rates, and enhance digital storytelling through trend-responsive adaptations.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, remote environment requiring high levels of self-direction, organizational precision, and responsiveness to client and team needs.
- • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and ensure real-time collaboration and communication.
- • Utilize AI-powered and automation platforms to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce production bottlenecks, and scale content output without sacrificing quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in social media management
- • Experience communicating directly with clients to plan and schedule content creation initiatives
- • Experience managing content schedules and publishing workflows across social media platforms
- • Strong understanding of U.S.-based social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
