- • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with each enterprise brand’s voice, goals, and target audience to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- • Build and maintain strategic content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and emerging social media trends across platforms.
- • Create platform-specific engaging content including graphics, videos, infographics, and written copy that adheres to brand standards and messaging guidelines.
- • Manage and actively engage with online communities across social media and review platforms, responding thoughtfully and professionally to customer feedback, comments, and reviews.
- • Maintain a 100% response rate across all major review sites to protect and strengthen enterprise brand reputation.
- • Monitor brand sentiment in real time and proactively identify emerging opportunities or reputational risks through continuous monitoring of online conversations.
- • Build and optimize social listening queries to extract actionable brand and competitive insights from customer conversations and industry trends.
- • Analyze performance metrics from social campaigns and reputation efforts, preparing detailed reports and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, customer support, and dealership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.
- • Partner with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach and amplify key messages when strategically applicable.
- • Support on-site dealership and corporate events through content capture, live social coverage, and real-time digital storytelling before, during, and after events.
- • Participate in event planning sessions to identify and maximize audience engagement opportunities through social media integration.
- • Ensure all social media output reflects the company’s core values of transparency, convenience, and customer-centricity under the Auto Done Easy and Growth Powered by People initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional social media experience
- • Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform trends, and reputation management
- • Exceptional written communication and creative storytelling skills
- • Experience creating engaging digital content across multiple social platforms
- • Ability to align social media strategies with broader business goals
- • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
