- • As a Sr. Software Architect at Applied Information Sciences, Inc., you will lead the design and development of scalable, distributed, and secure software solutions using cutting-edge cloud and data technologies, directly impacting mission-critical projects for clients in highly regulated industries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining architectural frameworks, designing technical standards, guiding development teams, overseeing complex solution development, mentoring team members, troubleshooting issues, managing test coverage, participating in code reviews, collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, with 10% domestic travel within the east coast.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field
- • Two (2) years of experience as a Sr. software developer or related role
- • Experience designing/developing enterprise-scale, highly distributed software systems for clients in highly regulated industries (e.g., commercial insurance, insurance, retail, supply chain)
