- • Sr. Software Developer Engineer I at Kaseya Holdings Inc. is a senior technical role focused on leading the design and delivery of SaaS products powered by data, machine learning, and AI for Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will own architecture and technical direction for key product areas, collaborate with product, design, data, and ML teams to translate business problems into technical solutions, build and maintain backend services and APIs, integrate ML/AI capabilities into customer workflows, champion operability and performance, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call and incident response processes.
- • Kaseya is a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, serving over 20 countries and managing 15 million endpoints globally, backed by Insight Venture Partners, with a culture of high expectations and commitment to customer success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scalable SaaS architecture, AI/ML integration, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration while driving engineering excellence and shaping product roadmaps for high-impact initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of software engineering experience
- • Demonstrated experience shipping data/ML/AI powered SaaS products
- • Strong proficiency with at least one backend stack (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Java, Go, Rust)
- • Experience as a senior member of technical staff guiding teams and owning critical production systems
- • Solid understanding of data modeling and storage (relational databases, caching, data warehousing)
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, and infrastructure
