- • As a Sr. Software Engineer at Firstup Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience by building and maintaining the communication pipeline that serves 40 Fortune 100 companies and connects over 17 million employees daily.
- • You will design, develop, and deliver innovative, scalable solutions for Firstup's public APIs, Agentic tools, third-party integrations with enterprise systems (including HRIS platforms), and shared platform services, while continuously improving architecture, scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.
- • You will work within a team of experts in employee experience, workforce communications, and technology, contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on making work better for every worker through intelligent communication and engagement insights.
- • In this role, you will actively use Generative AI tools and coding agents to accelerate development, improve code quality, and stay at the forefront of modern software engineering practices, enabling both personal growth and impactful technical contributions.
