• • Drive automation initiatives by building sophisticated ingestion jobs and database-driven configurations. This will streamline onboarding processes, automate complex workflows, and reduce manual operational overhead.
• • Design and implement data models and database schemas that are optimized for performance, scalability, and data integrity, considering both relational and potentially NoSQL paradigms.
• • Develop and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure the health and availability of our backend services.
• • **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact:**
• • Foster strong collaborative relationships with product managers, frontend engineers, and data scientists to collaboratively design, develop, and deliver impactful features that meet user needs and business objectives.
• • Work closely and effectively with our Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to guarantee the seamless and successful deployment of our platform within educational institutions.
• • Actively participate in and contribute to critical system design discussions, technical decision-making processes, and provide mentorship to junior engineers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• • Translate complex business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams, ensuring alignment on architectural standards and best practices.
