- • As a Sr Software Engineer at RecargaPay, you will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable systems that support the company's financial services, ensuring seamless operations and an excellent user experience for over 12 million users processing more than USD 4 billion annually.
- • You will write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices, contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, and support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies for architectural review.
- • You will work with a 100% remote, AI-first team that values autonomy, ownership, and a bias for action, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Chapters Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Mobile Engineering to drive innovation in Brazil’s rapidly evolving financial market.
- • You will have the opportunity to solve real-world problems at scale, apply AI frameworks in development projects, and grow your expertise in high-performance, distributed systems while contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Academic background oriented toward computer science, engineering, or software development disciplines
- • Experience in hands-on engineering roles with medium to high complexity domains
- • Solid understanding of web applications including security, session management, and best development practices
- • Knowledge of relational database systems and Object Oriented Programming
- • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS
- • Proven ability to design complex distributed applications for high performance, throughput, scalability, and reliability
