- • Designs and architects IT systems that integrate process, applications, data, and technology to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise IT standards.
- • Creates and manages key architecture assets for designated portfolios and business scopes.
- • Develops technical design recommendations aligned with enterprise standards for the development and integration of new products, services, applications, and technology solutions.
- • Identifies risks or issues with technology solutions and designs that may impact project benefits, and guides stakeholders to proactively resolve or mitigate potential delays.
- • Participates in system specification reviews to ensure requirements can be translated into valid software architecture.
- • Researches relevant emerging technologies, conducts proofs of concept and prototypes, and recommends their application for future product architecture.
- • Delivers innovative, organization-tailored solutions that meet strategic and operational needs.
- • Provides architectural insights to support the preparation of business cases, including feasibility, risk assessment, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
- • Oversees complex, cross-domain initiatives across multiple teams and systems.
- • Integrates diverse on-premises and cloud-based systems to align with overall business strategies and enterprise goals.
- • Plays a pivotal role in architecting scalable, sustainable, and compliant technology solutions.
- • Operates at an enterprise-wide level, serving as a specialist resource to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- • Applies expertise and creative thinking to address complex, ambiguous, or non-routine technical challenges.
- • Stays current with industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities, and continuous learning.
- • Implements architectural changes in response to evolving technology and business trends.
- • Applies the bank’s Risk Management Framework in all decision-making to protect assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with approved risk appetite and policies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of relevant experience in technology architecture or related field
- • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Advanced proficiency in critical thinking
- • Advanced proficiency in building and managing relationships
- • Advanced proficiency in cloud architectures
- • Advanced proficiency in security architecture design
