- • Provides pre-sales technical engineering support to Account Executives and clients as an integral part of the full sales process, focusing on technical solutions for mid-size and enterprise accounts.
- • Produces accurate designs and proposals using Logicalis technologies, services, and methodologies; conducts assessments and analyzes data to recommend solutions.
- • Designs and configures complex solution components, prepares and conducts client proof of concepts, and performs product demonstrations.
- • Works closely with clients to determine how Logicalis solutions can best serve their needs, broadens engagements by promoting services from the entire portfolio, and advises service delivery teams for successful implementation.
- • Interfaces with vendor and manufacturer teams, provides product and solution training for sales teams and clients, and mentors team members.
- • Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies to ensure ethical and professional conduct; supports customer service expectations.
- • Participates in regional and national events and team meetings, demonstrates commitment to Logicalis’ mission and values.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management disciplines, or related field.
- • 4 years’ experience in technical pre-sales role.
- • Familiar with industry compliance and security standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- • Experience in Security solutions from leading manufacturers (Cisco, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, etc.).
- • Experience developing enterprise-wide solutions and combining products and services into technology solutions that meet client business needs.
- • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
- • Information security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CCIE – Security, or Cisco security-related certifications (CCIE/CCNP - Security).
