- • As a Sr. Solution Design Consultant at FORTNA, you will play a critical role in transforming omnichannel and parcel distribution operations for leading global brands by designing and delivering intelligent software-powered solutions that optimize order fulfillment and last-mile delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical and functional leadership on systems assessment and implementation projects, supporting project planning and kick-off, gathering and analyzing systems-related information, configuring and testing Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications, leading client teams through implementation, writing test scripts, ensuring process alignment with specifications, and delivering high-quality documentation and training.
- • You will work within FORTNA’s innovative and collaborative culture, where employees are empowered to contribute to meaningful transformation, supported by a commitment to diversity, teamwork, and continuous improvement across industries.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in supply chain technology, strengthen your consulting and leadership abilities, contribute to thought leadership through white papers and case studies, and gain exposure to diverse industries while building skills in project management, client relations, and process optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of strong performance in systems engineering, logistics, or business
- • 2–3 years of cumulative experience at FORTNA or a direct competitor in a Solution Design role
- • 2–4 years of cumulative experience in WMS and/or WCS system consulting or internal consulting
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to implement structured problem-solving techniques
- • Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills (written and verbal)
- • Ability to manage project-level client relationships and coach/lead others
