📋 Description

• Develop, build, test, and deploy custom software solutions using Smartsheet and its APIs, alongside third-party integrations to automate workflows and synchronize data between systems.
• Lead technical consulting engagements by conducting design sessions, defining technical requirements, and validating architecture against Smartsheet product best practices and enterprise standards.
• Design and document comprehensive technical solutions that align directly with client business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Review and provide formal peer-to-peer feedback on solution designs created by other members of the Solutions Architect team to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as the primary Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME), advising clients and internal teams on product capabilities, extensibility, API usage, and advanced use cases.
• Develop middleware applications in C# to enable automation between Smartsheet and external systems such as CRM, business analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Assess solution feasibility and provide accurate costing estimates to support the Sales team in securing new client engagements.
• Manage end-to-end technical project execution, including scheduling, deliverables, deadlines, and direct client communication to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior architects and technical team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of technical excellence.
• Leverage deep understanding of SaaS/IPaaS environments to architect solutions that handle large data volumes efficiently and adhere to enterprise-grade security and performance practices.
• Apply knowledge of key software design patterns to build robust, reusable, and scalable architectures for complex integration scenarios.
• Work remotely from Mexico as a full-time employee, engaging with global clients and teams while delivering high-impact technology solutions within Concentrix’s technical products and services division.
• Utilize advanced conversational English fluency to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across international client engagements.
• Stay current with evolving Smartsheet product features, API updates, and industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and aligned with client innovation goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in C# is mandatory
• Fluency in advanced conversational English
• Experience with SaaS/IPaaS applications in an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
