• • The Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI is a revenue-carrying presales leader responsible for driving new business within SHI’s Data & AI professional services practice, serving as the primary technical authority on Microsoft’s AI and automation capabilities including Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and achieving an annual gross profit target, building and managing a qualified pipeline of AI-led engagements, leading discovery workshops, architecting integrated AI solutions, collaborating with specialist Solution Architects in data platform, governance, and security, developing AI agent offerings, delivering executive presentations to C-suite stakeholders, authoring technical proposals and SOWs, and representing SHI at Microsoft events and industry conferences as a thought leader in agentic AI.
