- • The Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt plays a critical role in driving revenue by collaborating with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance, Identity Security, and AI-powered solutions to new and existing accounts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical discovery, responding to RFPs, delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs), participating in trade shows, and providing expert technical guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- • As part of Saviynt’s Sales organization, the role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring successful customer engagements and opportunity closure.
- • The individual will mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers on strategy, customer influence, scope management, and execution of technical presentations, contributing to team growth and effectiveness.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in identity security, AI integration, and enterprise technology while influencing product direction through collaboration with Product Marketing on white papers, solution briefs, webinars, and blogs.
- • Based in Minneapolis with remote work flexibility and travel requirements, the position enables impact across diverse industries and geographies while supporting Saviynt’s mission to safeguard digital assets and enable secure AI adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles within enterprise software, identity governance, or cybersecurity domains.
- • Strong understanding of access governance, identity and access management (IAM), and related technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM, and API security.
- • Ability to conduct technical discovery, design solution architectures, and deliver compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) and presentations to technical and executive stakeholders.
- • Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with precision and clarity.
- • Familiarity with AI applications in security and identity contexts, including use cases around access analytics, anomaly detection, and automated governance.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives and content development.
