- • The Senior Solutions Engineer at DataRobot plays a mission-critical role in helping prospects and customers adopt, scale, and derive value from DataRobot’s Agentic AI, Predictive, and Generative AI solutions, partnering with sales teams to deliver technical guidance and drive AI adoption.
- • Day to day, the role involves translating business needs into technical solutions, delivering outcome-oriented demos, designing solution architectures, ensuring compliance and security alignment, providing feedback to product teams, and collaborating closely with Account Executives and Regional Directors to advance sales pursuits.
- • DataRobot delivers AI that maximizes impact and minimizes business risk, empowering practitioners and leaders to develop, deploy, and govern AI at scale across core business processes, with a global customer base relying on its platform for responsible AI innovation.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in enterprise AI deployment, lead high-impact Proof of Value engagements, shape product direction through customer feedback, and grow as a trusted technical advisor influencing AI strategy for Fortune 500 organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing data science, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within software/SaaS
- • Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration patterns (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, or equivalent)
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree a plus
- • Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics sales
- • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
- • Excellent communication and demo skills, with proven ability to present complex AI concepts clearly to both executives and technical audiences
