Sr. Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• • Design and deliver technical solutions to enterprise customers using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to solve complex data, analytics, and AI challenges.
• • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business objectives and translate them into technical architectures that leverage Databricks’ capabilities.
• • Conduct live demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to showcase platform functionality and drive customer adoption.
• • Provide expert guidance on data engineering, data warehousing, machine learning, and real-time analytics using Apache Spark™, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
• • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical objections and ensuring alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities.
• • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap priorities based on real-world use cases.
• • Support post-sale technical onboarding and enablement, ensuring successful implementation and long-term customer success.
• • Stay current with industry trends, competitive technologies, and emerging data and AI innovations to maintain technical credibility with enterprise clients.
• • Travel to customer sites as needed to conduct on-site evaluations, presentations, and technical consultations.
• • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution briefs tailored to executive and technical stakeholders.
• • Partner with customer success and support teams to ensure seamless handoff and ongoing technical support after deal closure.
• • Represent Databricks at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to promote platform adoption and thought leadership.
