📋 Description

• As a Sr. Solutions Engineer - Subrogation at CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc., you will serve as a critical technical advisor bridging product capabilities with client needs in the insurance technology space, driving adoption of subrogation solutions that help insurers and repairers streamline claims recovery and get drivers back on the road faster.
• Your role is pivotal in enabling sales success through expert-led demonstrations, solution design, and technical storytelling that translate complex insurance workflows into clear business value for prospects across the P&C insurance ecosystem.
• Day to day, you will engage directly with prospective clients to understand their subrogation claims challenges, document configuration and integration requirements, and lead pilot programs that showcase product feasibility and value.
• You will deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs that align CCC’s subrogation technology with specific client use cases, ensuring technical accuracy and persuasive impact.
• You will partner closely with sales teams to uncover client needs, map them to product capabilities, and support consultative selling throughout the sales cycle by providing technical depth and credibility.
• You will collaborate with product marketing to create technical collateral, enablement materials, and scalable tools that enhance pre-sales efficiency and ensure consistent messaging.
• You will maintain deep fluency in CCC’s subrogation product roadmap and capabilities, authoring targeted presentations and sales materials that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to gather field insights, relay customer feedback, and influence product strategy and future enhancements.
• You will support the transition from sales to implementation by facilitating knowledge transfer, ensuring alignment on expectations, and helping set customers up for long-term success.
• You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and Tableau to build compelling business cases, model complex processes, and draw evidence-based conclusions that strengthen client proposals and internal decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales.
• 3+ years of industry experience in estimating, claims handling, or process/strategy implementation within P&C insurance.
• Deep understanding of subrogation claims workflows and prior experience in claims process and strategy preferred.
• Technical acumen with strong understanding of P&C insurance operations and SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven ability to gather business case requirements, ask insightful questions, and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Experience in business process design, complex business modeling, and leveraging data to support analytical conclusions.
• Demonstrated skill in communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a client-facing capacity.
• Required proficiency in data analysis and Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Innate sense of curiosity to learn and grow with clients.
