• • As a Sr./Staff Backend Engineer at Oscilar, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of trust in the age of AI by building and scaling the core infrastructure of our AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, which powers fraud, credit, and compliance risk management for banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations.
• • You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and AWS technologies, lead the architecture and optimization of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming, and manage high-performance data stores including Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse, and DynamoDB to ensure system reliability and performance.
