📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer at Automation Anywhere Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and evolving the core building blocks of the company’s Conversational AI and automation platform, leveraging microservices architecture and scalable distributed systems to power Agentic Process Automation (APA) solutions for global enterprises.
• • Day to day, you will design and deliver scalable, real-time systems; collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver high-value end-to-end solutions; review technical designs and code for quality and maintainability; troubleshoot complex production issues; identify and resolve technical debt; mentor engineers; and take operational ownership using monitoring and observability tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
