• • Coderio is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior PMO (Part-Time) to lead a critical program focused on Fulfillment and Omnichannel transformation for one of the largest retail companies in the market. • • As the Sr Strategic PMO, your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive governance of the program. This involves ensuring robust executive alignment, proactively identifying and managing strategic risks, and meticulously tracking progress against non-negotiable, critical milestones. You will act as the central point of accountability, ensuring that the national roadmap is executed with the highest standards of excellence.
• • Your role will be at the nexus of technology, operations, and retail strategy. You will ensure that the organizational adoption of new processes and technologies is smooth and effective, providing clear and actionable visibility to senior management. The focus is not on day-to-day execution but on strategic direction, oversight, and ensuring executive accountability for program success.
• • Key responsibilities include defining and enforcing the program's governance framework and establishing the structure for executive steering committees.
