đź“‹ Description

  • • Coderio is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior PMO (Part-Time) to lead a critical program focused on Fulfillment and Omnichannel transformation for one of the largest retail companies in the market. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the executive level, driving significant change within a complex and dynamic operational environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of fulfillment and ensuring seamless integration across technology, operations, and retail store fronts.
  • • As the Sr Strategic PMO, your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive governance of the program. This involves ensuring robust executive alignment, proactively identifying and managing strategic risks, and meticulously tracking progress against non-negotiable, critical milestones. You will act as the central point of accountability, ensuring that the national roadmap is executed with the highest standards of excellence.
  • • Your role will be at the nexus of technology, operations, and retail strategy. You will ensure that the organizational adoption of new processes and technologies is smooth and effective, providing clear and actionable visibility to senior management. The focus is not on day-to-day execution but on strategic direction, oversight, and ensuring executive accountability for program success.
  • • Key responsibilities include defining and enforcing the program's governance framework and establishing the structure for executive steering committees. This involves setting the cadence, defining the scope of discussions, and ensuring that decisions are made effectively and efficiently at the highest levels.
  • • You will oversee integrated, multi-stream planning, meticulously validating critical dependencies across various workstreams. This requires a deep understanding of how different components of the fulfillment and omnichannel strategy interact and depend on each other to ensure a cohesive and successful rollout.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will be to ensure clear, actionable, and timely executive visibility. This means translating complex program status into concise, impactful updates for senior leadership, enabling them to make informed decisions and provide necessary support.
  • • You will be expected to proactively anticipate strategic risks and develop effective mitigation plans. This requires foresight, a deep understanding of potential challenges in large-scale retail operations and technology implementations, and the ability to craft robust contingency strategies.
  • • Ensuring transversal alignment between Technology, Operations, and Store teams is paramount. You will facilitate communication and collaboration, breaking down silos and fostering a unified approach to achieving program objectives.
  • • Prior to each deployment milestone, you will validate organizational and operational readiness. This involves assessing whether teams are trained, systems are in place, and processes are adapted to support the new initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
  • • You will strategically lead and supervise a dedicated Senior PMO assigned to the program, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring their effective contribution to the overall program governance and execution oversight.
  • • This role demands a high degree of strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will be a key player in transforming fulfillment and omnichannel capabilities, directly impacting the company's competitive edge and customer experience. The part-time nature of this role emphasizes strategic contribution and flexibility, focusing on high-impact activities rather than exhaustive day-to-day management.
  • • The opportunity to work within one of the most strategic and high-visibility programs within the Operations Management division offers unparalleled exposure and the chance to contribute to the evolution of world-class fulfillment models. Your insights and leadership will be critical in navigating the complexities of modern retail logistics and customer engagement strategies.
