- • As a Sr. Support Specialist, you will support customers and professionals throughout the region by handling day-to-day queries for HR, IT, Finance, and benefits, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and ensuring timely resolution across all in-scope verticals.
- • You will support Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk, manage employee records via the proprietary platform, administer benefits, conduct data audits for payroll accuracy, coordinate with internal Centers of Excellence and external vendors, and assist with policy reviews, compliance, and company-wide initiatives.
- • You will work within Globalization Partners’ remote-first, diverse teams that are dedicated to breaking down barriers to global business through its SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™, which enables clients to hire in over 180 countries without establishing local entities.
- • You will develop expertise in global HR shared services, HRIS tools (Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, ServiceNow), cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement while contributing to a mission-driven organization that values innovation, flexibility, and employee growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience with at least 4–6 years in Global Shared Services across APAC, EMEA, and US regions
- • At least 2 years in Global HR Shared Service with a focus on IT Helpdesk
- • Proficiency in written and verbal English, strong problem-solving skills, and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- • Experience with HRIS tools including Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
- • Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday shifts (10:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST) in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
