• • You will be instrumental in the configuration, installation, and ongoing maintenance of servers and applications, including Microsoft SQL Servers, SSL Certificates, IIS, Clusters, DNS, Storage, and the broader Windows ecosystem.
• • A key aspect of your responsibility will involve proactive monitoring and swift resolution of issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance, often working within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
