• • The Sr. Systems Engineer, AV & Enterprise role at NETGEAR is a customer-facing technical leadership position focused on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade networking solutions for business customers in Poland and across Europe. This role is critical to driving successful sales outcomes and ensuring seamless post-sales experiences by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• • Day to day, the engineer will partner with account teams to deliver pre-sales technical consultation, design and demo solutions using Wi-Fi, switching, routing, and cloud technologies, conduct RF planning with tools like Ekahau, lead deployments of secure networks including Zero Trust architectures, support channel partners through training and joint engagements, and serve as a technical liaison between customers and NETGEAR’s Support and Product teams to manage escalations and relay feedback for product innovation.
