- • As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) at vCluster Labs, you are the architect of our engineering capability, responsible for identifying and attracting technical talent who will shape the future of Kubernetes virtualization and AI infrastructure.
- • You will own the full-cycle technical recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally, guiding candidates from initial screen to offer while ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric experience.
- • You will partner directly with Engineering and Product leadership to execute a modern, data-driven hiring strategy that prioritizes speed and precision over volume as the first EMEA-based recruiter.
- • You will proactively source passive talent from open-source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities, build high-quality pipelines, and champion structured interview processes using Ashby to reduce bias and ensure data integrity.
- • You will collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles, acting as a consultant on market trends and closing strategies while driving transparent communication and decisions in days, not months.
- • You will join a venture-backed, remote-first tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, backed by +$30M from top-tier VCs and known for vCluster, an open-source platform with 10k+ GitHub stars and 40M+ virtual clusters created since 2021.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps/Platform, Product) within a high-growth tech startup.
- • Technical fluency: understanding of Kubernetes, containers vs. clusters, Go, and Terraform to effectively engage with engineering candidates.
- • Data-centric approach: using analytics to track pipeline health, inform decisions, and maintain strict data integrity in ATS (Ashby).
- • High EQ and active listening: effective communicator who listens genuinely to understand candidates and hiring managers.
- • Builder mindset: comfortable operating in ambiguity and refining processes for greater efficiency.
