📋 Description

• • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Homera Health, you will play a critical role in scaling hiring capabilities across fast-growing departments, moving beyond reactive recruiting to build proactive, high-quality talent pipelines for senior and niche roles.
• • You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing passive candidates using Boolean search and niche platforms, leading intake meetings with hiring managers, delivering data-backed pipeline updates, maintaining 100% ATS accuracy, and diagnosing and resolving recruitment bottlenecks.
• • You will join a fully remote, innovative team at Homera Health, a leader in D2C telemedicine building some of the industry’s largest and fastest-growing virtual healthcare brands, with a mission to expand access to care through technology.
• • In this role, you will develop strategic recruitment expertise, influence hiring processes across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams, and gain experience leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency in a high-growth startup environment.
