📋 Description

• As a Senior Technical Program Manager at 6sense Insights, Inc., you will lead and deliver large-scale, complex programs across product and engineering, translating strategy into execution and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
• Day to day, you will own end-to-end delivery of technical programs from concept to launch, leverage AI to enhance program workflows, drive alignment between Product and Engineering, define and evolve program operating models, build scalable program systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate risks, monitor program predictability, deliver clear reporting and insights, and drive change management to improve execution outcomes at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS or technology environments
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Strong track record of delivering programs that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
• Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities at scale
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
• Experience building processes and frameworks that improve program execution
• Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
