LatamCent is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic, fully remote team and spearhead our sourcing and placement efforts across a diverse range of industries. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to successful placement, ensuring our U.S.-based clients secure the best technical minds from Latin America.
- • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at LatamCent, you will operate at the forefront of the tech talent market, engaging with a high volume of candidates and clients. Your primary objective will be to consistently fill 3–5 critical roles each month, a target you will be expected to achieve within your first 3–6 months in the position. This will involve conducting an impressive 80–100 candidate interviews monthly, demonstrating your efficiency and expertise in candidate assessment. Success is measured by your ability to not only meet but exceed these placement goals, building a robust and sustainable pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) who are ready for immediate deployment.
- • This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to expertly juggle multiple priorities. You will be managing a complex web of clients, candidates, and time zones, requiring meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication to maintain responsiveness and client satisfaction. The fast-paced, fully remote environment necessitates a high degree of autonomy and self-discipline, allowing you to thrive in a setting that values performance and continuous improvement. You will be the crucial link between top-tier Latin American tech professionals and U.S. companies seeking specialized skills, making a tangible impact on their growth and success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of technical recruitment. This includes proactively sourcing, meticulously screening, and conducting in-depth interviews with 80–100 candidates each month. You will leverage a variety of tools and methodologies, including LinkedIn, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and strategic outbound recruitment efforts, to identify and engage with passive and active candidates. A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and hiring managers within our client organizations. You will align with them on precise role requirements, gain insights into current market trends, and provide regular, transparent updates on candidate progress, ensuring a seamless and informed recruitment process.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing multiple open roles concurrently, navigating the intricacies of scheduling and communication across U.S. and Latin American time zones. This requires a sophisticated understanding of cross-cultural communication and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience. Identifying and strategically marketing MPCs for emerging opportunities will be a core function, ensuring that our clients have access to the most qualified individuals before they are even aware of the opening. Maintaining timely, professional, and consistent communication with both clients and candidates is paramount to fostering strong relationships and upholding LatamCent's reputation for excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets, specifically in technical roles.
- • Must have personally sourced, screened, and interviewed 50+ software engineers, AI specialists, or other technical roles.
- • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, essential for managing multiple requisitions and candidates across different time zones.
- • Comfortable and proficient working independently in a fully remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- • Fluent English (C1 or C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with U.S. clients and candidates.
- • Availability to work standard U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) with occasional flexibility for urgent needs outside of these hours.
