• • As a Sr. Technical Writer at OneSource Virtual (OSV), you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers understand and utilize our innovative Workday-based solutions for HR, payroll, and finance. OSV is a leader in Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) for Workday, and your expertise will be crucial in translating complex technical information into clear, engaging, and effective learning materials.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to interview subject-matter experts (SMEs) across Product Management and Customer Success teams to gather in-depth knowledge about OSV's products and services. This information will form the foundation for all technical documentation and training content you develop.
• • You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining comprehensive user training materials. This includes developing step-by-step guides, interactive tutorials, engaging video-based learning modules, and robust assessment tools. The goal is to significantly accelerate user proficiency and drive platform adoption, ensuring our customers derive maximum value from their OSV investment.
• • A key aspect of this role involves designing and developing multi-modal training content. You will cater to diverse learning styles – visual, auditory, and kinesthetic – by employing a variety of content formats and delivery methods. This ensures that all users, regardless of their preferred learning approach, can effectively grasp the material.
• • You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining essential technical documentation and tutorial videos that serve as critical resources for our customers, supporting their ongoing use of OSV's cutting-edge products and services.
