You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies for demand generation campaigns that will guide thousands of businesses toward finding the essential software they require to flourish.
  • • As the Demand Generation Manager, you will take ownership of developing and scaling demand generation campaigns specifically tailored for the North American market. Your responsibilities will span across multiple critical channels, including Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and strategically selected niche newsletters. This multi-channel approach ensures we reach our target audience effectively wherever they engage online.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves building and managing robust outbound email engines. You will leverage advanced intent data sources to identify and engage potential buyers precisely when they are most receptive and actively seeking solutions, ensuring our outreach is timely and relevant.
  • • You will be the central figure managing our marketing automation efforts within HubSpot Enterprise. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and efficient flow of leads through appropriate workflows, sequences, and into the hands of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), optimizing the lead-to-opportunity conversion process.
  • • This position requires you to create and meticulously manage demand generation budgets. Your role transcends simple budget allocation; you will be responsible for forecasting revenue generated from these campaigns and strategically scaling initiatives that demonstrate the highest return on investment and effectiveness.
  • • A deep dive into analytics is fundamental to this role. You will live and breathe data, meticulously tracking key performance indicators such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and Cost per MQL. Utilizing advanced tools like Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, you will uncover critical trends and insights that might elude others, informing future campaign strategies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the broader marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion rates. This involves actively participating in A/B testing of landing pages and ad copy, applying a blend of empathetic understanding of our audience's needs and rigorous data analysis to continuously improve the user journey and maximize conversion potential.

This understanding will inform the creation of compelling campaign messaging, landing pages, and content that genuinely addresses their challenges and positions Onhires Inc. as the go-to resource.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive qualified leads, contribute to revenue growth, and optimize the efficiency of our demand generation engine, making a tangible and significant impact on the company's trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing, with a strong focus on the U.S. B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • • Proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles, demonstrating stability and a dedication to seeing initiatives through to long-term success.
  • • Native fluency in conversion math and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) analysis, with the ability to not only report metrics but also interpret the underlying 'why'.
  • • Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Automation), SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta), and advanced Excel skills.
  • • Experience with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo) is a significant advantage.
  • • Demonstrated ability to excel in an asynchronous work environment, characterized by clear, proactive communication and self-management.
