  • • We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Virtual Programming Manager/Webinar Producer to spearhead our dynamic webinar and virtual event initiatives. This pivotal role demands a unique blend of production expertise, strategic marketing acumen, and meticulous operations management, empowering you to own the entire lifecycle of our virtual programming – from the initial conceptualization of an idea through to the detailed post-event lead reporting. This is far more than a technical execution role; it requires a leader with exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) to cultivate strong relationships with world-class speakers, sophisticated design sensibilities to craft visually compelling assets, and a relentless growth mindset to transform our webinars into a powerful engine for lead generation, community engagement, and brand advocacy.
  • • As the Virtual Programming Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping Onhires Inc.'s presence in the HR and People technology space. Our mission is to empower HR and People teams to make informed software purchasing decisions with confidence. Each month, over 100,000 companies rely on our in-depth, unbiased research to navigate the complex landscape of HR tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Human Resource Information Systems (HRISs), payroll solutions, and cutting-edge AI software. Recognizing that acquiring business software is a high-stakes and intricate process, your role will be critical in making this journey clearer, more human, and significantly more effective through expertly produced virtual events.
  • • Production & Execution Excellence: You will be the ultimate owner of the end-to-end webinar and virtual summit lifecycle. This includes providing seamless live technical support, expertly moderating sessions to ensure smooth transitions and engagement, and guaranteeing a "flawless broadcast" experience for all participants – both our esteemed speakers and our engaged audience. Your ability to anticipate and resolve technical challenges in real-time will be paramount to maintaining the high standards of our virtual events.
  • • Speaker & Stakeholder Relationship Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for all guest speakers and event sponsors. This involves building strong rapport, meticulously coordinating schedules across different time zones, and conducting thorough technical rehearsals to ensure every speaker and sponsor is fully prepared and set up for success. Your diplomatic and organized approach will foster trust and ensure a positive experience for all involved parties.
  • • Strategic Marketing & Promotion: You will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive, multi-channel promotion strategies designed to maximize registrations and audience reach. This includes leveraging channels such as email marketing, LinkedIn, and relevant Slack communities. You will also manage and optimize automated pre- and post-event communication flows to nurture leads and maintain attendee engagement throughout the event journey.
  • • Creative Content Development: Utilizing your design skills, particularly with tools like Canva, you will create visually engaging presentation decks, distinctive speaker cards, and eye-catching social media assets. Post-event, you will transform recorded sessions into compelling "highlight reels" and concise, shareable content optimized for various social media platforms, extending the reach and impact of our virtual programming.
  • • Operational Efficiency & Data-Driven Insights: You will meticulously manage registration pages, oversee audience data integrity, and ensure smooth lead hand-offs to the sales and marketing teams. A key aspect of your role will be tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of each virtual session to the leadership team, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
