📋 Description

• • As a Staff AI Engineer at Workato, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent search systems that power the Context Layer for the Agentic Enterprise, enabling businesses to streamline operations through AI-driven workflow automation.
• • Day to day, you will lead the development of query understanding systems, design and deploy learning-to-rank models, build scalable entity recognition pipelines, architect next-gen search infrastructure, create graph-based knowledge systems, drive improvements in query rewriting and semantic search, own evaluation frameworks for relevance testing, collaborate with product and research teams, and produce clean, scalable code influencing system architecture.
