• • As a Staff AI Platform Engineer at Laurel Technologies, you will lead the development of a world-class AI platform that powers high-volume inference, agentic workflows, and LLM-heavy features for professional services firms, enabling them to capture, analyze, and optimize time data to increase profitability and improve client delivery.
• • You will own business-critical AI challenges by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to frame customer problems as tractable projects, build end-to-end solutions with full agentic capabilities and LLM reliance, ship incrementally while measuring impact, mentor engineers on AI engineering best practices, and take true ownership of outcomes beyond just ticket completion.
• • You will join a team of top talent in AI, product development, and engineering at Laurel—a company transforming how organizations manage time through proprietary ML technology that processes over 1 billion work activities annually for clients like EY, Aprio, Crowell & Moring, and Frost Brown Todd.
