📋 Description

• • The Staff AI TechOps Lead at 1Password plays a critical role in enhancing customer experience through AI-driven automation and system integration, directly supporting the company’s mission to secure digital identities and enable secure adoption of SaaS and AI tools.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and implementing AI-powered solutions across CX platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gainsight; gathering requirements from stakeholders; building integrations and automations for ticket routing, case summarization, and sentiment analysis; developing internal APIs and scripts; and integrating third-party AI tools such as Dust and Workato into the CX tech stack.
• • The role sits within the CX TechOps team, collaborating closely with post-sales teams including onboarding, implementation, customer success, engagement, and support to turn operational ideas into scalable, efficient solutions that improve customer outcomes.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in AI integration, enterprise automation, and cross-functional systems thinking, while gaining influence over how emerging technologies like LLMs and MCPs are applied responsibly to real-world customer support challenges.
