• • As a Staff Analyst on Product Analytics at Hims & Hers, you will shape the customer experience through high-quality experimental design and hypothesis testing, directly influencing product roadmap decisions with data-driven insights.
• • You will own the experimentation strategy for your product team, design intuitive Looker dashboards, create KPI frameworks, mentor junior analysts, and conduct deep-dive analyses to answer strategic business questions and recommend clear actions.
• • You will work cross-functionally with product managers, growth leads, designers, and engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a public company (NYSE: HIMS) dedicated to redefining healthcare through affordable, accessible, and personalized wellness solutions.
