  • • You will take the lead in architecting and implementing robust microservices architectures, adhering to target state architectural patterns and ensuring seamless integration with cloud services. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our billing operations, a core component of Tebra's mission to unlock better healthcare.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve driving code quality through thorough code reviews. You will provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to fellow engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in our codebase. This mentorship extends to guiding junior and mid-level engineers, sharing your deep technical knowledge and best practices.
  • • Leveraging your extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, you will design and implement cloud-native applications. This includes optimizing for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency, ensuring our infrastructure can support our ambitious growth trajectory.
  • • You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant and effective technical solutions. Your input will be crucial in shaping the technical direction of the team and the product roadmap.

  • • You will actively utilize AI tools to support your daily work, from research and debugging to coding and deploying new solutions, demonstrating a commitment to leveraging modern technologies for enhanced productivity and innovation.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to mentor and influence other engineers.
  • • You will be a champion for best practices in software development, cloud architecture, and Agile methodologies within the team.
