- • The Staff BPM, Platform & Product Engineering role at AgileBits Inc. (1Password) owns the operating mechanisms that keep the engineering organization aligned and moving, ensuring clear priorities, visibility into risks and dependencies, and reliable execution of the 'business of engineering' for Platform and Product Engineering teams.
- • Day to day, the person will design, run, and evolve core operating cadences (e.g., delivery reviews, business reviews, leadership inputs), create lightweight mechanisms to unblock decisions, partner with Product Ops and TPMs for end-to-end delivery reporting, synthesize cross-team updates into executive-ready narratives, manage milestones, dependencies, and risks, drive cross-team alignment, maintain escalation paths, coordinate across functions (Product, Security, IT, Experience Design), identify friction in the operating system, and responsibly apply AI tools to improve speed and quality of reporting and documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or similar roles in a technology environment
- • Proven ability to run cross-functional operating cadences and planning processes with multiple stakeholders
- • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills
- • Comfort working in ambiguity and improving systems over time
- • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve speed and quality of synthesis, reporting, and documentation (with appropriate review, validation, and confidentiality practices)
